Excellent place to stay in Bangkok

A bit out of the hustling central Bangkok, but in a nice and quiet neighborhood. Amazing hotel - high value for money. Big spacious rooms, good breakfast. They have washing machines and microwave - so you can help yourself. People complained about noise but I found it quite calm. Good thing is that they have water dispensers and empty bottles to your room. Highly satisfied with my two nights stay here. Lotus tesco is adjascent to the hotel.

Excellent value for money, best 3 star experience so far

Excellent value for money and location, which was close to BTS and various stores (Lotus and 7-11 + street food vendors and several fast food places and a Starbucks). Comfortable bed, clean rooms and the shower provided good water pressure and had no mold problem. Room amenities were on a good level all in all. The hotel had concentrated on the right things for the price and star rating offered. Best 3 star hotel experience I've had - on level with 4 star hotels in many areas.

Breakfast was a bit subpar. Not so much variety in the buffet itself, and what was offered didn't change greatly from day to day. Also, the hotel restaurant was only open until the afternoon. For dinner, there was no option to dine-in but you had to go get food from somewhere else.

Convenient location and clean & cozy property

The bedlinen and towels were clean and bed very spacious and comfortable. The Suite room was very spacious.

Could include more chairs at the dining table for the Suite room, as it accommodates 4 pax. Only 2 chairs were given. The windows not so sound proof so could still here the traffic below at night. May not be conducive for lift sleepers.

Definitely book again

Good value for the price, close to massage and Tesco supermarket, it also has a laundry machine on the ground floor which I appreciate so much since we change clothes every now and then because of the heat and we sweat a lot. the security is superb, cannot go to the room without your keycard to be tapped on the elevator. quiet neighborhood too.

Exceptional

Overall price value is great. We stayed only 1 night on the way back from Huahin but it was a very pleasant experience. Spacious and clean family room. Location is great, next to BTS station and Tesco Onnut. Even the breakfast was much better than I thought it would be.

Netflix/Amazon Prime/Disney+ didn't work on TV

Excellent stay!

We had a great stay at the hotel. First and foremost, the staff was extremely friendly and provided very valuable information regarding markets and even specific shops that we were interested to explore. The hotel was clean, the rooftop restaurant was very nice and served excellent breakfast and the location was perfect, just next to the air train line, with quick connection to many different points of interest in the city.

The hotel was a great place to stay

Within walking distance to public transportation, mall, and convenient store. Room was spacious and comfortable. Very helpful staffs. I like that this hotel has its' laundry machines. Breakfast was very good.

It would be better if we have more hanger and place to hang our clothes.

Very good value for money (last minute booking), but could be better.

Really large room with a decent view. Comfy bed and good in-room amenities. Handy for On Nut station with a few lively spots fairly nearby too.

The bathroom was a little musty smelling, although this cleared up after the extractor was left on a for a few hours. The hotel itself had little character and the room was a little tired in terms of decor. The staff were pleasant enough, but weren't exactly welcoming.

The rooms are very big and beds very comfy The hotel are near many stores and the BTS that makes it very easy to reach the city, on my next trip I'll stay here again,

The breakfast is not good and the rooftop does not look like anything on the photo that's on booking.com.

Spacious room, great amenities.

Spacious room, great amenities....fridge, TV, large bed, fast internet, helpful staff.

Came for breakfast at 9....times were 7 - 10:30....very little of anything left. Not refilled. Was offered and accepted an omelette to be made. Fresh fruit, coffee, juices not refilled while we were there. Saw some people walk in, look around and leave.

Clean, lovely room with a view.

Clean, lovely room with a view. Breakfast was great. Location excellent.

The only thing that let the hotel down was the safe didn’t work and even though we asked it was never fixed. Checkout staff were over zealous in trying to charge us for a stain on pillow case- I drooled. What could have been helpful was a list of things available in the area eg, laundry to wash our clothes etc.

The room was spacious and beds were comfortable. It was situated near the train station and Lotus supermarket which made it more convenient for us. There are 2 7-11s situated nearby also as well as a mini food park. The staff are friendly and accommodating. Would recommend this place!

Un unpleasant incident. Expected three guest for a drink before dinner. Asked to borrow an extra glass at the reception. Yes it would be sent to my room. It never came. So when my guests arrived the reception was reminded. Obviously there had been a change of gurard at the reception. A little late someone knocked on the door. When I opened the receptionist had no glass with him. Instead he pointed to the four of us saying acusingly that we could not be more than two people in the room. If more than two he would charge me another 1 000 bath. Then he went away upset.
